POSTAGE

Deliveries

We deliver only to the UK. We keep many items in stock and therefore delivery is normally within 2-3 days. We aim to dispatch all items within 7 days. All of our UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail Post. Postage and Packaging is £2 per order. We accept Paypal as a secure form of payment for all orders.  

Returns

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case simply contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will only offer you an exchange or refund providing that the goods are in perfect condition and have all their original labels and packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging. Returns must be made at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or we supply the incorrect item that you ordered, then we will cover the cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.  All returns should be sent postage paid to the address on your packing slip. Please enclose your name, address and telephone number as well as your instructions for example if you require an exchange or refund. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returns. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 28 working days.
